First impression was not super friendly with receptionist, not welcoming, seemed grumpy. An older man, maybe one of the mechanics or a manager, was friendly and communicative and the receptionist was communicative later but they apparently couldn't do emission inspection. So I waited 20 minutes to hear that 🤣
