Called to set up an appointment to have our standby generator service. The technician did not show up. After we rescheduled the appointment and were assured that we would be the first appointment of the day, the technician AGAIN did not show up. This business has no idea where their technicians are at any given point and are completely unreliable to maintain appointments that they make. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Called to get a quote on a generator and installation 2 months ago. No one showed for the estimate. Then was told to send pictures and they'd give me a quote. Spoken with them multiple times only to be told each time to check my spam folder. No quote came. This was a cash purchase as well. No financing. Guess these folks are making so much money they don't need mine. I wont ever try to do business with them again.
