Worked there a little over 5 years ago. There was always small problems, but it’s a big factory with a lot of people. Overall it is a good place to work with pretty competitive pay. Loved the double time on Sunday.

I’ve been at Stanley a year this month ! I work in low high low , BMC, PES…I enjoy my job and appreciate the team we have on second shift …I came from a poorly ran company KWM Beach in Springfield I was there 5 years became a team leader/ forklift driver and only made 14.50 being at Stanley is a breath of fresh air…not that I agree with everything that goes on or do I think the coordinators are perfect but for the most part I’m happy where I am today and thank Stanley for the opportunity they have given me ..my attendance ha... read more
