I made a phone call because a ran out of my blood pressure medication and spoke to the doctor's assistant, I explained to her that I've been out for over a week and I needed a refill asap, to what she responded that they would give a refill without consultation which I was ok with but I requested just enough until the appointment. She responded that they would not under any circumstances supply me with any amount of pills that I needed to make sure my health wasn't compromised until I saw the doctor, she insisted in a very r... read more
Dr. Richter is retired now.
Dr. Richter is great, his Office Staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They have treated me with contempt and disrespect with every interaction I have had with them. The fact that he has any patients left is more of a testament to his skills as a Doctor. I would fire each one of those miserable hags immediately. They do not represent this medical office well, and the patients and the Doctors working in this office deserve better.

This is one of the best doctors's offices I've been to. Dr. Richter is courteous and professional. I never have to wait long and he spends ample time with me. I never feel rushed and get all my questions answered. The office staff is so friendly and they always remember my name.
