Capital credit took over my loan and I was still getting call from Stanley. Then just spoke with someone regarding my split payment arrangements and I was good. They Stanley overnight took over my lease which i was not aware of at all. No emails or calls they sent for a repossession of my vehicle overnight. Edwin is literally the real life version of the shady car sells men you see in the movies.... They will sell your note to a different lender no matter if you pay on time.
If I could rate 0 stars I would.. My experience with my 2012 Jeep Patriot and the lender has been extremely frustrating. The vehicle itself had ongoing issues and was not reliable long-term. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE What made things worse was the customer service when I tried to do the right thing and voluntarily surrender the vehicle. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE ! My car literally broke down the day my son was born I’m not bsn ! They sold me a lemon !! I’ve spent $1600 on repairs so far and still having to put my car in the shop almost every other month for a new issue ! This place is terrible 0/10. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
