Lovely apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
This is a great location and apartment. Just be aware that it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. It didn’t bother us much but for some it would be a deal breaker. It was very clean though I do think the people before us may have smoked inside. Would rent again
Great accom whilst in Montreal and close to everything we needed. Whilst not a real concern, we could not regulate the heat and apartment was too hot for us nor could we work free to air tv. No big deal on scheme of it all. Great accom
à notre arrivée porte close. 15 minutes depuis la rue pour des formalités par téléphone plus un versement (non prévu) de caution pour enfin accéder à l'hébergement. Quand on sort d'un voyage fatiguant, c'est appréciable ... La caution s'avère fort étrange car il n'y a ni inventaire ni état des lieux initiaux. Sur place, un rapide tour des lieux nous permet d'identifier de nombreux éléments défectueux alors que les équipements sont effectivement modernes. Nice and clean. Location was good since we were there for the eclipse and hiked nearby Mt Royal. One person did not drink coffee. The other two did not like the coffee from the coffee maker so we found a close by shop that worked fine. Beds seemed a little firm at first but we all had no complaints the second night. Parking in a garage not far away was CA$36 for 1.5 days. Everything needed was a close walk so we left the car in the garage. I can honestly recommend staying here.
