BLACK MOLD PROBLEMS!!! Made me sick, and I was told I could not get out of my lease. It was not easily seen so I did not know why I was so sick. Found out that the building has had mold issues for a long time. I've lived there for less than three years and the maintenance man has changed three times. Some of my maintenance requests were not fixed! Besides the fire department checking the fire alarms once a year, no other inspections have been done on my apartment.
