I would like to point out that we picked this provider because Dr. Brown has been a family DR. for some time. Dr. Brown is nice and that is reason for the 1 star. However his staff has now caused him to loose patients. I would not recommend this provider to anyone and have now requested my records to go elsewhere. I strongly believe an office staff should have customer service skills very disappointed.
