We were there recently getting an oil change on my husband's truck. Very disappointed in how unfriendly your employees were. Guess they're only friendly there if you're buying a vehicle! Not one person looked our way while we sat and waited for our truck to be ready! No body greeted us; no body said one word to us. Guess I'm used to Stanley Ford employees in Eastland ! I was wanting a specific color and package combonation on a new ram 3500 and John and Jerry searched and did a great job to hunt one down and meet my needs . Took a little extra time and extra labor but they made it happen for me . Thanks guys
