Just started a program there. So far so good 6 weeks into the life change program and boy does the class meet all expectations. Feeling amazing compared to 6 weeks ago. Cant wait to continue my fitness journey and would recommend the life change program to anyone who needs that push to get going on there fitness journey..scott and zain will take Care of you and push you to become your best self
