I called to confirm a cancelation of my appointment since I had received multiple confirmation texts from them after attempting to cancel my appointment. When I was on the phone with Anne, she was very short with me, had an attitude while I was upset and explaining my issue with the service they use. Being a patient in this office for over 4 months I still don't have a diagnosis nor treatment. The doctor is nice but to get in touch with him is extremely difficult. He calls you back a week later, won't prescribe meds to ease the symptoms and always makes you come to the office even if it's not necessary ( to prescribe treatment ,for example, instead of sending a prescription to the pharmacy right away).
