Pretty horrible! Wow! What an experience! Two hours of waiting to pick up equipment, then two more to drop off different equipment! I hope I'm never back! Thankfully the employees were friendly and helpful, but please get more staff. A line of 20 that crawls is absurd. At least introduce a text message notication for the line, get with the times spectrum :)
