My first new patient visit at Stankus Family Care was recently, and I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire office had a true small-town, family feel that immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Bengston (Suzanne) should not practice medicine. My first appointment with her, I overheard her laughing and joking about my history and medications with her colleagues, not just other doctors but everybody in the office. At one point an intern even came over to my room to try and discreetly close the door because she could obviously tell how ridiculous and insensitive they were being.
