Nice guy, quiet man
Rented a house off Dave. I'm the cleaniest person imaginable. Lived in 4 states and rented many times as i was in the army. Never had at least 75% of my deposit returned. He kept all of my $800 deposit and charged $250 more on top. My girlfriend and myself cleaned for 8 hours even tho i'm OCD clean and left the house move in ready. He charged $45 an hour for labor to clean bathtub,cob webs in a corner. Absolutely TERRIBLE job, no drip edge, no Tyvek, cheap materials and verry aggressive and combative crew namely Bill Sax. Should be arrested and fined. NOT even listed on the Better Business Bureau. They didn't even have a permit and if they did it wasn't visible. Done property damage well over 1K to neighbors private property and trespassing. Thumbs down. Recommendation: Find a reputable contractor unless you like private property damage and physical altercations. Just BAD BUSINESSMEN all the way around!
