I was told only patient’s can go in the back so I wasn’t let in with my mom but I saw other patients coming out with their family members. I thought it was inconsiderate of there part towards my mom.
Terrible doctors and staff. My father has been trying to get proper care for almost 2 years and now that he wants to switch doctors and make a formal complaint about his current doctor for the way he has been treated, they told him they will not allow him a different cardiologist and will no longer see him all together. Both doctors and staff like to hang up on you if they don't feel like answering your question. Now we are left to try to find our own cardiologist during a very dangerous time for him.
We had some severe time constraints and they made every effort to care for our needs in an speedy and competent manner. I cannot recommend Dr. Wong enough.
I had an appointment for a echo/stress test on March 31,2024. I was ushered into the exam room on time.both nurses who co-conducted the test were very polite and professional. I was very impressed and happy.
The Worst Customer Service. We were told to wait to get my mom’s next appt. We went out and was not called for about 20 mins. I saw other people after us already getting entertained. I went back in line and the woman in the front desk talked me like I am nuisance. There is no empathy, when you are dealing with persons who are sick already.
