This is the company that installed our generator. We had them come out for general maintenance once a year. We noticed this year‘s maintenance, the generator no longer does a self check weekly. We called them and rather than correct the situation they wanted a 72 year-old to go out there and they would talk him through it. After $350 maintenance charge, I would think they would rectify the situation and not ask a 72-year-old to do their job for them. Or complete their job for them.
