When I was purchasing a car without much notice, the team at Stanhope was able to get me a great insurance rate, with coverage starting the very same day that I inquired. I got quotes from multiple insurers but Stanhope was able to get me the best rate, and it was so quick and painless. Would certainly recommend.
Jake Alward who now works for Stanhope Simpson messed up our insurance and then bailed on us all together. Email follow up after email follow up with no response. Until we called and found out he was no longer employed. Steer clear of Jake if you use Stanhope Simpson.
Melissa was very genuine and very helpful, since I am 19 years old trying to set up and finding the cheapest option for car insurance is very difficult and confusing, but she was very friendly and open on my part when i found a good deal. Melissa was understanding and very straight forward with her help. She helped my mom and I to understand certain process, that came with a success with the insurance I wanted. I have been a loyal client of Stanhope Simpson for years and always had excellent service in a timely manner. This year I bought a new car a couple days before I was in the hospital and was told my car insurance was being done by the car dealership. When I called my agent, Scott Conrad late Thursday afternoon, I found out it had not been done and needed it the next day. Scott went above and beyond working that night to make sure I had insurance the next morning and at the lowest price possible. Thank you Scott!
