We’ve had insurance through this broker for many years, both personally and commercially and I can tell you the family that runs this business is awesome. All the employees are super easy to deal with. You need anything they’re on top of it super great to deal with. I can’t stress enough how much easier the experience of getting insurance is when dealing with the people that work here.

They provided fast and efficient service for my commercial insurance needs. They were prompt and speedy at returning my emails and addressing any questions or concerns. When the initial representative was unavailable another individual stepped in so I didn't lose any time getting my coverage in place.

When I was purchasing a car without much notice, the team at Stanhope was able to get me a great insurance rate, with coverage starting the very same day that I inquired. I got quotes from multiple insurers but Stanhope was able to get me the best rate, and it was so quick and painless. Would certainly recommend.

Jake Alward who now works for Stanhope Simpson messed up our insurance and then bailed on us all together. Email follow up after email follow up with no response. Until we called and found out he was no longer employed. Steer clear of Jake if you use Stanhope Simpson.
