45 min wait for booked appointment
I am looked after doctor Vo for almost 30 years, I am happy with his diagnostic skills and a proffessional manner he handled any situations that I was in health wise.
Advised reception that appointment was just for results for my son and it’s on my health record online, receptionist advised there is sometimes a “delay” with new patients, then waited 45 minutes in the practice after being denied going for a walk during the wait time the GP confirmed that he would not have access to it and the receptionist should of advised me this was the case. Super disappointed in the lack of effort and care from the receptionist in relation to my baby.
Dr Naing is an outstanding doctor who I completely trust
