Currently using for simple adoption. They quoted price and have double billed and ignored when reaching out to question. After several attempts they say everything is within the rights of their fee agreement and have double billed compared to what was quoted. They send copied statements from previous month to update status just to charge more and bill for consultants not had and say they are meetings between my lawyer and senior staff. Cheats for sure and do not use them
Booked an appt at 4pm at 8am to see an attorney. Got a call at noon that they don’t offer mediation even though it’s listed on their website as a service offered and the person I spoke to at 8 said it was fine and set up the appt for mediation. THEN I said ok well I’ll just meet with the attorney to consult and maybe he can point me to a mediator and she said oh well he’s not available at 4. Do not use this firm. Clearly unprofessional unreliable and scammy.
Wish I could put 0 stars. This company is nothing short of a joke. Double charged me for everything, 1 attorney quit so the other one has to redo all the work???? Uhhhh I don’t think that’s how that works. Either way I would stay far away from this company, pocket hunger people that don’t care about anybody but themselves.
