Joseph was my primary in a power of attorney need. The entire staff along with Joseph was extremely helpful and supportive. They guided me through the process and made sure I was only billed for required services. At no point did I feel they did not have mine and my families best interest in mind. I highly recommend them with 5 out of 5 stars. I would not use anyone else.
I would recommend to hire a smaller firm if you are fighting for custody. This law firm did not even make a dent in my case and during my case messed up with my account information. Made me a new account and then charged me again for the filing clerk! And mid case, they changed filing clerks which then again charged me more for them to refile and put things in my folder for my case. This was the worst experience I have had with a law firm. If you want an accountant they would be top notch as they never miss a time to bill you and make sure you get robbed. I paid over $8000,00 in a 4 month period for nothing. They switched lawyers 3 times on me in that short time. All I wanted to do was be able to see my kids. Katherine Kuhn has been very helpful and thorough with explaining each step in the process of grandparent rights for us. Our case hasn't been decided and isn't over but we feel confident that she will guide us in the best way possible and is understanding of our concerns and does her best to be an unbiased opinion or view when our hearts are torn with the uncertainty or outcome that may be.
I had a profoundly negative experience with this law office, specifically with Kathleen and Magen. I invested a significant amount of money into my case, only to have Kathleen withdraw on the very first day of court. She took all my money and then began charging me even more. When I confronted her about her responsibilities, she was completely unprepared and had no response. It was clear she was more interested in profiting than in genuinely helping her clients.
