Joseph was my primary in a power of attorney need. The entire staff along with Joseph was extremely helpful and supportive. They guided me through the process and made sure I was only billed for required services. At no point did I feel they did not have mine and my families best interest in mind. I highly recommend them with 5 out of 5 stars. I would not use anyone else.
This was the worst experience I have had with a law firm. If you want an accountant they would be top notch as they never miss a time to bill you and make sure you get robbed. I paid over $8000,00 in a 4 month period for nothing. They switched lawyers 3 times on me in that short time. All I wanted to do was be able to see my kids. I had a profoundly negative experience with this law office, specifically with Kathleen and Magen. I invested a significant amount of money into my case, only to have Kathleen withdraw on the very first day of court. She took all my money and then began charging me even more. When I confronted her about her responsibilities, she was completely unprepared and had no response. It was clear she was more interested in profiting than in genuinely helping her clients. Katherine Kuhn was my lawyer for permanent guardianship, and my case was denied because she wasn’t there for me, she lied, she took all my money, and she likes to charge me more money. She’s the worst lawyer, and with her stuff, this place has never been appropriately communicated. Again, this place is the worst place to get a lawyer. I have no choice. Bad place
So I scheduled to meet with them at 3pm today, I was sent a confirmation for 3pm by email. I get there and they tell me that I was scheduled at noon when I called at 1130 to comfirm appointment
