Very disappointing. The lack of care and effort have surprised me greatly. Definitely lacking in people skills. Something we're not accustomed to with Mayo but possibly because of the Eau Claire location. If you or a family member need urgent help, do not go to this person!
Conscientious , very in tune with each client as an individual. Looked beyond traditional sleep disorder treatments and helped me get a handle on a 20 + year battle with insomnia. Makes you feel like you are her only client of the day. No rushed feeling . Two thumbs up.
