Don't move here! Stanford Townhomes looks nice but my sister unit was full of roaches when she moved in. The exterminator came after 8 days, in the meantime she was very uncomfortable and inconvienced. She didnt want to stay there until the problem was taking care of. Management never answers there phone and dodged her calls when they seen her phone number. Stay away!!! This place is a nightmare and the staff is worse. loThis place is HORRIBLE. I'm being evicted because I refused to pay $450 to replace some cheap laminate flooring. The staff is Rude and unprofessional not to mention they charged me $3000.00 for the deposit. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors all day and night I've lived in much better places and would never refer someone here. so I would say KEEP AWAY!!!! Do not recommend! After some flooding occurred at the property that I was living in, they did not come into to clean my apartment which was flooded. Instead they came in and informed me that I would have to move out and find other living arrangements
