Great place with an amazing facility and rock climbing! However, the Mexican looking man in his early 30s? with a stubble beard who worked the 1pm front desk shift today is extremely rude and always seems to be on edge. He always has this mean looking face, never smiles, and I heard him saying derogatory and profanities with a fellow front desk staff who was a white male to describe his "ex" and what it seemed like a conversation about his past relationships.
