I agree with the others. I had the worst ankle surgery with Standford. My ankle had to be redone. This time I went to UCSF. It was like night and day. The surgeon and his team were great. They have taken the care out of healthcare. No communication, no follow-up, willing to overcharge for non-existent medical care. Can’t quite believe that the billing department is more helpful than the medical team. Patients are just a number apparently. Healthcare is sacred profession but this the first time I’ve ever had such an incompetent experience. Will be avoiding Stanford healthcare in the future
This area has converted to COVID vaccine place. Well organized and great facility. Highly recommended. You can book your appointment on line.
