They blame the employees for the Company's financial hardship. Sometimes we are afraid the payroll checks will bounce. It's like working on a game show like SURVIVOR. you have to make alliances and fake friendships to make it. There is no Job Security there. Please don't stay and run away unless you like SURVIVOR.
