This is the first review I have ever felt compelled to leave, and unfortunately it’s a negative one. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was previously an established patient at this office before moving out of state. I am currently 39 weeks pregnant and had to make an emergency trip back to the area due to a death in my family. I absolutely love Dr. Eve Ladwig and her entire team at Los Olivos Women’s Medical Group. I’m incredibly grateful to have her guiding me through this journey of pregnancy and birth. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also so kind, patient, and thoughtful. One of the most difficult places to work with. No appointment system, terrible communication, and you have to go in person for everything. They don’t listen to what you’re asking for and just assume they know best, only to realize later they were wrong—then they keep calling you back to fix their mistakes. Incredibly frustrating and inefficient. Avoid this place if you can!
It seems impossible to make an appointment through the office. I called two days in a row and was just asked to hold and hold and never got through.
