Made appointment at 11.00am, was told at the site that the doctor and the lab team went for lunch already, and would need to wait for 2 more hours to do labs. Front desk doesn’t seem like what the whole process is, would not recommend.

My first visit with OBGYN Polisetty was disappointing due to long wait times and communication issues. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and was initially told the doctor was running about 15 minutes behind. When I checked again, I was informed the delay had increased to about 30 minutes.
