Since the birth of our first son about two years ago, we have been going here and absolutely love it! Our doctor, Dr. Maroney, answers all of our questions (which was honestly a lot for the first kid, especially in the beginning) and provides tips/advice too. My toddler was nervous for the first time going to the doctors and she was easily able to put him at ease. She has always been very sweet and great with both of our little ones. We have been insanely impressed with our experience here!
Update: 2025-09-15. In the end, we’ve decide to transfer both of our kids out of this clinic. The last straw is after my older one was having fever of 17 days, and I was so worried he might have something serious, and we told the doctor the kid has been sleeping 20 hours a day. Our pediatrician just told us he is recovering from the 2 weeks of fever. The second time we visit, doctor is not available. I am unsure why there are so many terrible reviews, we have been taking my son here since he was born, he just turned two. We have had nothing but a great experience. Dr is understanding when we choose to opt out from vaccines such as the flu, we feel great about asking questions, and everything is explained to us thoroughly. Scheduling our appointments has been smooth, emergency visits have also been easy to schedule and available right away.
Update: 2024-04-03. We’ve continue coming to the clinic for the past 6 months. I can tell they’ve been trying to improve. For example, they will call me before each appointment for reminder. Horrible scheduling. Kept changing our appointments without notifying us! They did apologize. However, the time spent back and forth on the road and waiting are completely wasted. They don’t seem to care for the patients.
