I am unsure why there are so many terrible reviews, we have been taking my son here since he was born, he just turned two. We have had nothing but a great experience. Dr is understanding when we choose to opt out from vaccines such as the flu, we feel great about asking questions, and everything is explained to us thoroughly. Scheduling our appointments has been smooth, emergency visits have also been easy to schedule and available right away.
Update: 2024-04-03. We’ve continue coming to the clinic for the past 6 months. I can tell they’ve been trying to improve. For example, they will call me before each appointment for reminder. Horrible scheduling. Kept changing our appointments without notifying us! They did apologize. However, the time spent back and forth on the road and waiting are completely wasted. They don’t seem to care for the patients.
