All reception staff are incredibly rude. One woman, shouted at me down the phone after asking where my prescription was. Every time I have called to try and book an appointment they have acted like I am an inconvenience. Why accept a job talking to people if you are incapable of doing so in a polite way?

Clean premises, professional and especially good with children. Never had a problem, always get an appointment or a call back and my daughter has often got a late same day appointment.

This is without a doubt the slowest, most unorganised, unprofessional surgery I have ever been registered with. One member of the reception team is fantastic, the others are utterly useless in the sense it’s totally impossible to convey any information to them at all whether over the phone or stood right in front of them. Nearly 10 minutes into a call with them I’ve had to repeat my information multiple times because they never brought up my patient file to begin with. I have been registered at Islingword Road surgery for over 30 years. During that time the only GP who demonstrated a respectful, understanding and a proactive approach to my care was Dr Patel. His help really changed my life for the better and he will be greatly missed by many of his patients. In complete contract is Dr Kanga. It is like speaking to someone who is actively not listening, not interested and totally neglectful. Whilst discussing my condition she was openly bored and distracted.
