A total shame and disaster. Transferred my records multiple times from UCSB but these stupid guys don't even upload that to chart. They keep swinging phones between medical records and referral team. But nobody helps. Total harassment. Whole Stanford health system is broken, just hungry for money and zero service. You cannot even get any appointments. Only thing they care is to rip you off.
While I was under care @ this hospital for rare heart cancer stage 4 Paraganglioma. While taking medication to shrink tumors. Head nurse in charge discharged me without my caregiver, family, or my consent. Head nurse call my insurance to call Uber to send me to my Home. My family didn’t understand why I was wrongfully discharged. Head nurse called my oldest daughter. Tried to force he to come pick me up from hospital.
