Awesome help placing a phone order for 3 mylar balloons! They told me I could look at the balloons first to make my selections! They wrote a get well note to go with them. And they were delivered in 2 hours!!
I chose the one Kaiser they had on their list in the city I was looking for and ordered flowers for delivery. I got a confirmation email that they were delivered on Friday. When I went to visit my friend on Saturday, there were no flowers. I looked up the order again and asked the receptionist about it and she said it was the address for the building torn down that was replaced by the new hospital.
