Overall, a very bad experience at the end. Doctors are top-notch but they don't have time for you. Then there is billing - they overcharge so much and then try to extract on deductibles like crazy. Charged me $4,000 for a test that elsewhere costs $300. very difficult to reason w/them on stuff like this. would fine another provider.

The parking attendant at 900 Blake Wilbur on June 18th at 2pm was very rude. I was bringing my mom to her post op appointment from a very invasive surgery. It was my first time taking her to an appointment so I was unsure where exactly I could park. I drive through the parking lot at 900 Blake Wilbur and didn’t see any open parking spots. “I’m deeply disappointed with the quality of care and compassion at Stanford. The institution seems to have shifted from prioritizing patient well-being to treating healthcare as just another job. The system feels broken, and I don’t know where to begin to describe how disheartening this experience has been.
Best Hospital in California, got my liver transplant there, they go above and beyond! Takes only 1hr to message my nurse and get a respond! Any problem i have they are on it!
