From start to finish, I had such a good experience with Stanford Hearing centre. I booked an appointment yesterday morning for 4pm, needing a hearing test. The location is easy to find and upon stepping inside, it's very well decorated, the staff are friendly, and it's a very welcoming atmosphere. I had such a great experience with Colleen Phillips for my hearing test. She's very professional, friendly, easy to talk to, and knows what she is doing.
