came before labs open @morning, on-time as indicated on website @7:00, the front desk who check me in was very professional. phlebotomist -Tammy, not only professional she’s also awesome skilled, friendly & caring. This morning, Tammy makes me love this draw station more.
Although it was a busy Monday morning, I only had to wait 5 minutes to get my blood drawn.
We drove 3 and a half hours from our home to get there as it had to be at a Stanford lab for my upcoming surgery and all four people: the one who first greeted us and helped us get to the restroom, the two people at the second desk, and the phlebotomist were extremely friendly. They made us feel at home and were so kind! The phlebotomist did an excellent job as I have no bruising and she found a vein the very first poke which is uncommon for me! An excellent experience and especially for a long journey!
