If the staff at the check in desk are an indication of service I would give zero stars. Snooty. Rude. Dictatorial. Unwelcoming and bossy. Black woman at 2nd floor intake process for procedures and radiology on 7/7/2026 at 8:30 AM was a real treat. Tone and tenor of this woman was an obvious sign of poor training in customer service. More suited for an airport ramp agent for spirit airlines or door greeter at a Waffle House. Possibly middle linebacker for the Raiders. Zero stars. Would not recommend

***I haven't even been seen here yet and I have already had a horrible experience just from phone support.*** Absolutely horrible experience. I've been trying to reach the clinic for nearly a week and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. Where are all the operators? I try calling in all different hours of the day hoping to get someone. I've only gotten someone to pick up the phone ONCE. They transferred me to the wrong department. I call back again and they AGAIN transferred me to ANOTHER wrong department. I gave up for that day. My primary care provider is part of the Stanford Health Care Center in Emeryville. I love the central location of this doctor's office. There is free parking at their parking lot. The staff at this office is actually on top of things. I've never had trouble scheduling an appointment. My PCP Is dedicated, caring, and attentive. I highly recommend Stanford physicians for healthcare.
