Great staff members
Change of health insurance and live nearby this location. Attempted to make a first appointment with a doctor listed as 'Accepting New Patients' at this location. Was forced to go through the automated system twice, as the first time I was re-routed back to exactly the same number I had called the first time. The front desk/reception/scheduling woman was awful, demeaning, laughing and saying they didn't have any appointments for six months. This place sucks. Waited several months for an appointment at the dermatology clinic just to get looked at for 5 seconds and be told to “come back some other time” because I wasn’t actively flaring up. Go outside Stanford Health Care if you can and hopefully you’ll find people that actually care to help you.
Great staff. Excellent building design with waiting areas around the central hub of exam rooms.
