Devon Herbst is what my expectation of healthcare services should look like. She took her time to hear me share about what issue brought me to the clinic -- I can tell she was genuinely listening to me w/out rushing or interrupting me. She asked mindful questions and explained everything succinctly and compassionately. She made sure to include me in the decision-making for my care without dismissing me. The nurse that took my BP and checked me in the room was excellent!!
Wow. Complete clown show. Who is minding the zoo? I waited 6 months for an appointment and then was told after I arrived that the wrong appointment was scheduled and I’d have to wait another few months for the correct appointment.
Leila and her staff are always friendly and courteous when I work with them. They not only work with you to make the treatment experience workable and pleasant they also work toward building a on-going relationship with you. This is especially important given my treatments are long-term and on-going.
