No stars if I could!!! I was unable to get an appointment for 4 months so I was told I could get a telemedicine appointment earlier and then I would be able to get an in person appointment sooner. I had a 10 minute (10 MINUTE!) telemedicine call and received a bill for $600! Because it was over a phone call no exam was given and no treatment was rendered, and I was told to make an in person appointment so I could be examined. I had NO CLUE I would be charged $600! Horrible reception and scheduling staff. This place is a joke. No doctors group of dermatologist is SO busy that it should take 3 months to get an appointment (without even looking at the schedule or know which doctor I want to see). First class laziness if I’ve ever encountered it.
