Dr. Narala at the Stanford General Dermatology Clinic in Santa Clara is awesome. She is interested, courteous, friendly, upbeat, cheerful and yet still stays on track with what needs to be done. Receptionists and support staff nurses make a great team for an excellent experience.
No stars if I could!!! I was unable to get an appointment for 4 months so I was told I could get a telemedicine appointment earlier and then I would be able to get an in person appointment sooner. I had a 10 minute (10 MINUTE!) telemedicine call and received a bill for $600! Because it was over a phone call no exam was given and no treatment was rendered, and I was told to make an in person appointment so I could be examined. I had NO CLUE I would be charged $600!
