I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk at Stanford Dermatology. The receptionist I spoke with over the phone was rude, interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to explain my situation, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. I was trying to see if there was any way to be seen sooner because of a medical concern, but instead of showing empathy or offering options, I felt rushed off the phone. Dr. Narala at the Stanford General Dermatology Clinic in Santa Clara is awesome. She is interested, courteous, friendly, upbeat, cheerful and yet still stays on track with what needs to be done. Receptionists and support staff nurses make a great team for an excellent experience.
