This is my first order with Stanford Floral Design and I am very pleased to have found this shop! I ordered flowers for a friend who is ill and she just phoned me to say thank you and that flowers were just beautiful! And the delivery was very fast. I highly recommend this company. Very happy with purchase from Stanford Floral Design. I ordered a bouquet as a last-minute birthday gift and it was delivered the very next day. The owners of the store were incredibly responsive. They let me know that the flowers I ordered were out of stock and were able to quickly adapt the order to match my original request.
I ordered some sympathy flowers after someone unexpectedly passed away. The flowers were quite nice, good quality, and fairly priced. However, they got everyone’s names and phone numbers wrong on the card. This was after spelling out names as well. Pretty much the only thing they got right was the delivery address. Given the purpose of the flowers I would have expected extra care to be taken for this step. They couldn’t even be bothered to capitalize names. Honestly disappointing on an otherwise good service.

I live in Bangkok but my mom still lives in the house we grew up in back in Palo Alto. I have ordered flowers from Stanford Floral Design twice now (mom's birthday and mother's day) to have flowers delivered to my mom. Both times the flowers have been amazing and delivered right on time. I highly recommend Stanford Floral Design
