This is my first order with Stanford Floral Design and I am very pleased to have found this shop! I ordered flowers for a friend who is ill and she just phoned me to say thank you and that flowers were just beautiful! And the delivery was very fast. I highly recommend this company.
A beautiful full arrangement of flowers for a birthday delivery. A professional operation in terms of flower selection, color, freshness and delivery. My girlfriend was really happy with them.
The floral arrangement was wonderful and exactly what we hoped for. There were some delivery issues with an add-on that took four attempts to complete. I would give these guys 5 stars, but that issue really took up a lot of time to make everyone happy. Very pleased after a hard conversation that they made things right. Not my place to post pics of kids, but the kids were overjoyed and had the happiest looks on their faces. I appreciate that they worked things out. Thank you.
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and clearly specified the colors and flowers when I requested an order on the website. I even called to confirm the order. No one mentioned any issue with availability at the time. My girlfriend received flowers that didn't match my request, and the florist only reached out after I left a 3-star review on the website, telling me the color palette wasn’t available and brushing it off with “the girl seems to like it.” That’s not how good customer service works.
