Utilizing Agent IQ for customer service. It’s AI “customer service” and there’s no good reason any banking institution should force clients to use AI that is 2nd and 3rd party. Avoid this Stanford Federal Credit Union.

I'm visiting from out of state and my credit union told me I could use the ATM machines for this credit union. I tried five of their ATMs and not one will accept a deposit. Not cash and not a check. I went into this branch and was told I should go to a 7-Eleven around the corner where that ATM will accept deposits. I walked there and they didn't even have an ATM for SFCU but for a totally different bank. I wasted literally 4 hours trying to find a way to make a deposit.
