I have banked with sfcu since 2000 and always appreciate the very excellent customer service. Today Marjan helped me complete a very complicated transaction that I had been working on for weeks. She was s dedicated, knowledgeable, tenacious and delivered results. Examples of personal dedication such as Marjan’s are what really sets sfcu in a league of its own compared with other institutions.
The bank branch is located conveniently in downtown Palo Alto. Marjan K. was my banker and she provided wonderful friendly service. Thoughtful questions and great patience explaining stuff!
SFCU customer for about 5 years. It's a very customer friendly bank and - for my requirements - its better than the big multinational banks. For today's visit, Marjan was immensely helpful and efficient. Highly recommend her and the bank as well.
