they don’t even let you schedule a referral appointment with an MD till you have labs done. After that they decide which doctor you should see and then call you to tell you that doctor’s first appt is 4 months from now. utterly idiotic..no thanks!
Dr. Rao and Dr. Hoffman are incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to answer all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable and carefully consider every detail.

Staff on the phone was condescending in response to my request for a specific doctor as if a new patient is supposed to know everything about the doctor already and how dare I asked questions. Then proceeded to state that they are booked a few months out without any offer of a possible appointment. Entire appointment seeking experience was unprofessional and condescending. My conclusion is that they don't care, and they don't want new patients.
