Honestly the doctor is amazing. Dr McLaughlin is a 5/5. Been going here since 2019. However, the Clinic staff is what receives 2 stars. It has gone down hill drastically the 2 years. Constantly say no to getting letters, paper worked filled out, right scripts. They make decisions without talking to my Dr (who has stated she will fill out whatever I need). Got scolded by a nursing staff for calling after a week after sending an urgent message with call center and got no call back when it was a 24-48 business hour call back. S... read more
Awful. They have no doctors, are overwhelmed. The only option, assuming you don't get weeded out by them "accidentally" botching the referral, is to wait 8+ months to see a nurses assistant. This place should be shut down.
Literally useless. Sent over because of evidence of hashimotos and nodes in my thyroid. They rejected the referral after initially accepting, it wasted months of my time.
they don’t even let you schedule a referral appointment with an MD till you have labs done. After that they decide which doctor you should see and then call you to tell you that doctor’s first appt is 4 months from now. utterly idiotic..no thanks!
