Stanford Court is a low income senior apartment complex. It sits in a prime location within Rocklin, CA. It is quiet and peaceful. The setting is beautiful with pink and white flowering trees adorning it throughout the complex. The manager, Ivette, was pleasant and very patient with me during my application process.
I've lived here 2 years. Love it. My only real issue is that the best parking place for my car is under a tree which drips on my car, and provides a nice perch for birds to "drip". Rough life.
All Residents of Standford Court and Villa Serena Senior Community were just given Notice that as of August 1, 2024, will become a Smoke-Free Community! No smoking anywhere on the property, including indoors and outside. Must be 20 feet from the properties! No Tobacco, No Marijuana, No Vaping. No smoke that is inhaled and exhaled. If you violate this rule, your lease will be terminated. Everyone living here is 55 yrs. old and higher, so this is going to be difficult for many. Either quit or move.
