Nasty nasty place! Bugs, smells, the administrator Michelle thinks she is better than others and I've heard her speak down to the staff and residents. Very rude and unprofessional! Social services is wonderful and some of the staff are great but they need to have someone with compassion running this place!
I definitely wouldn't recommend sending anyone you care about to this hell hole!!!!!
