My care in the adult congenital heart program has been solid, consistent, and is the reason I am able to post this review. They also do amazing state of the art surgery.
Impossible to even get a response after a visit ! They are pathetic, I called them twice, left them a message and they just flouted their claims of leaving a response by 48h, Previously when I had billing issues. They called immediately to resolve this , but if you actually call with a medical question. They wont bother responding back
The staff sits on urgent referrals and never follows up with the patients . I have been calling since 3 weeks and not yet scheduled inspite of my timelines. If no appointments are available, the staff should have the courtesy to call me back and schedule a tentative appointment. Every single time I call, I have to explain when the referral was sent and which doctor referred me and why. The scheduling is not at all patient centered. This department is labeled as the best in South Bay . But a disappointing start of care.
