We had three bathrooms remodeled, which involved a designer, plumber, electrician, tile installers and carpenters. Brian was on top of all aspects and expertly coordinated all the moving pieces. He actively communicated scheduling and gave regular updates (during and outside of business hours). While a few minor issues came up along the way, he was completely accommodating in addressing and resolving the issues quickly. We are very happy with the finished product.
Stanek Construction was fantastic to work with. They worked with us to build the project we wanted in the budget we needed. Brian was in constant contact and explained how the process would work. The he crews were caring, respectful and were informative. Would highly recommend!
Had them come redo the siding on my house and all the flashing . They were very professional and answered all my questions .and gave me all options .went with hardy board siding . They were quick ,professional and clean for a work site . This was not first time using them ,first time was taking walls out and putting in lvl to support house . Very pleased with both jobs and highly recommend them

We remodeled our kitchen, which involved knocking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room, almost doubling our kitchen. We worked with Brian, his employees and sub contractors. They were pleasant, neat, conscientious and enjoyed their work. The first thing they did was put up a plastic wall with a zipper to cordon off the work area from the rest of the house.
