Conner was very helpful and thorough getting us setup with the right wheel/tire combo. We walked in with a bunch a questions and ended up with an appointment to get them installed the very next day
Had some issues with my new wheels that I got a little pissy about with Aaron and it was not even this places doing that’s as far as I’ll comment , But Aaron jumped in took care of the problem immediately!!!!! After rectifying the issue and after observing how things are done at this shop I’m 100% sure they had no wrong doing it was an alignment shops doing , Aaron definitely went the extra mile came in on a Sunday and did the wheel install , balance and mount himself with no arguments this place is definitely getting my bus... read more
Matt helped me order my custom offset 22x12 Arkon Forged Wheels (Miami Edition) that I wanted and he mount and balanced my tires and installed them on the truck and cut the trim so that the wheels could turn and operate smoothly. Matt also installed two rear wheel well liners and installed lights on the top of the wheel liners to light up the wheel wells in multiple colors. BY FAR the MOST accommodating the MOST thorough and the MOST experienced automotive truck shop in the east coast when it comes to the realm of wheels and tires. I called probably about a good 20 shops between Maryland, Virginia, DC and Pennsylvania and NO ONE could accommodate the wheel and tire setup i have. If they could do 28’s they couldn’t do 16 sides, if they could do 16 wides they couldn’t do on 40’s… if they could mount everything they weren’t able to balance them afterwards. Where to start. I took my truck here for a lift kit install with new wheels. I was first told that they would need two days for this job to get done. After letting the shop know I would be traveling over and hour and a half for my truck I arrived around closing when I was told to on the phone earlier that day.
