Terrible service. Here the passengers are not people and customers. 1hour and 20 minutes we are waiting for the train and we receive only fake information. P.p. I will not delete it. I was on the train station 6:40 pm. First the information was that the train finali will come at 7:30 for Melbourne. Around 7:35 one was there, but continue empty. Check your cameras, people were ready to go inside that train. And finally there was train to Melbourne when ? Around 8pm. Very bad organization....
