I recently attended Dr Amelia Lambers at the Standish Street Surgery for a large BCC/SCC skin cancer removal on my face. Her level of care and expertise is exceptional. She went out of her way to fit me in as I was leaving to travel shortly. Luckily I was referred to Dr Lambers by a switched on GP at the Mt Beauty Medical Centre (no other GP would do the operation due to its size, location on my face and proximity to an eye and waiting time for a plastic surgeon was over 6 months). Very clean practice, awesome reception staff and finally we have a few decent doctors!
Waited almost an hour for Dr Yadana to see me, spend less than 15minutes talking to me and told me they didn’t have anymore time to discuss my health concerns. I have never had a doctor dismiss me because they were in a rush to see other patients when the allocated time wasn’t up.
I was spoken to badly by a male doctor and then by the reception staff. Don't respond by saying my name isn't on your books as the name I use is a user name. I have been attending this practice for 20 years.
