I was spoken to badly by a male doctor and then by the reception staff. Don't respond by saying my name isn't on your books as the name I use is a user name. I have been attending this practice for 20 years.
Absolutely lovely professional , informative and friendly ,kindl andv patient . excellent experience always. All Doctors and nurses and all fabulous reception women.
Rude and completely unhelpful to the point of being remissful
Drove from Bright to Myrtleford on a Saturday to see a doctor! Receptionist was most helpful and I only had to wait a short time to see a doctor and get necessary medication! A pleasant and professional approach by all those I interacted with! Five stars, highly recommend and thank you for your care!
