I highly recommend Steven, We had to have a very quick turnaround on a document for my sister that after explaining the situation to Steven he was both professional and empathetic. Steven took the time to help me understand VA law on this topic and since my sister who is in hospice care was unable to travel, Steven made a house visit that very day.
