Had the same thing happen...set up to see the job and would get back to me. Saw him month later in Evans hardware and told him how unprofessional he is.

Had to give one to review, but, This clown gets no stars, because, after looking at the job I was requesting.... which was covererd by insurance, hence no fear of payment on my part... he never contacted me back to provide an estimate. I thought it was weird that he couldn't write an estimate on the spot. My theory??? He couldn't handle the job, and wanted to save face. Either way, no excuse to refuse to answer your calls, or return messages. He should have just said he couldn't do it, or didn't want to take the job.
